Shipping Options & Zones
We offer both local and international shipping. Our primary shipping zones include:
- Local Shipping: Within Pretoria and nationwide across South Africa.
- International Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and costs.
Shipping Costs
- Local Shipping: Flat rate of R110 for other regions in South Africa.
- International Shipping: Costs vary based on destination and package weight. A final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Local deliveries take 2-3 business days.
- National orders may take 3-4 business days depending on the location.
- International orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on customs and shipping providers.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Returns, Exchanges, and Lost Packages
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition.
- Refunds are not available, but store credit or exchanges may be offered.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Payment Requirements & Instructions
- All orders must be paid in full before processing.
- Proof of payment must be emailed to og.thenorth@gmail.com if paying via EFT or direct deposit.
- Orders not paid within 48 hours will be automatically canceled.
